We are pleased to take care of your cleaning needs!!

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No, the company has specfic products they use and will provide, unless there are specfic products the client request be used, then yes you will need to provide those products. The materials are also provided by the company, but certain materials that can be provided by the client such as vacuum etc. may be perferred to be the clients.
  • Do you wash windows?
    Unfortunately, it is not under our standard for cleaning. But we are not opposed to the inquiry, which we could possibly lead to us incorporating window cleaning into your contract.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
  • Do pets have to be put away during cleanings?
    Yes all pets must be placed in a secure area during cleaning scheduled times.
  • Are your products environmentally friendly?
    Yes, majority of our cleaning products are Eco Friendly, although some disinfectants may not be EPA rated Eco friendly. Those products are only used if needed and will be disclosed to the client prior to use.

Payments Accepted

Cash, Credit, Debit and Checks are accepted. Their will be a $50 fee per returned check, and a change in future acceptable payments from the client.

Cancellation Policy

All scheduled appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, otherwise there will be a penalty of 1/2 the service charge.
